Summer Music Production Course Overview

Our summer music production course is spread over three weeks, where you will be exposed to various topics aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and skills that are essential for future academic or professional pursuits. During this course, you will be working and utilising our industry-standard studios which will help you to understand and expertise in digital audio workstations such as DAW, programming, synthesis, sampling and remixing.

Furthermore, you will enhance your studio recording skills by working with analogue equipment and real instruments. On the last day of the course, you will be taking the roles of an engineer and producer, who will be working alongside the Music Performance students to record their live performance at the Music Box Venue in front of your family, friends and colleagues. In the second week of the course, you'll be allowed to record in a professional studio environment before gearing up for your role on Friday Night.
