Lindsay Wesker is one of the most experienced execs in the music business. He worked at Kiss FM (1986-1994) from when it was still a pirate radio station and helped launch it as a legal station. As Head of Programming at MTV (1999-2018), he created the MTV Base, MTV Hits and MTV Dance channels. He has worked in artist management and in A&R for five different record labels (WEA, A&M, Avex, Mushroom & ZTT). Lindsay is a talented writer with a background in journalism. He is contributor to a black music encyclopedia, hosts the weekly ‘A-Z of Soul Music’ show on MiSoul Radio and has self-published three novels.
