One of its initiatives is its 'Seat At The Table' report, first published in July last year, analysing the diversity of 12 British music industry bodies. Women In Ctrl has just published a year-on follow-up report to assess progress. It found that 42% of board members across those 12 bodies are women, up from 34% last year. Meanwhile, the number of board seats at these bodies held by Black women has grown from five to 11, but that is still just 6% of the overall seats. Progress, but more to do. Via Women in Ctrl
