Our industry friends Si Chai and Brett Leboff from Diplomats of Sound are here to discuss your ideas, problems and opinions biweekly via Zoom, every other Tuesday. A gentle, relaxed roundtable chat where the topics will be set by you! Si and Brett bring years of industry experience across many sectors, and are perfect facilitators of progressive discussion along with plenty of great stories. There’s no better time than to have these conversations than during the unprecedented Coronavirus lockdown, where the music world as we know it has been turned on its head.

With 30 years in the music industry Si Chai has a wealth of experience across all areas of live music production. Starting his musical career as a DJ, Promoter & Club manager he then moved into festival production where he created the critically acclaimed and award winning 2000 capacity festival venue ‘Chai Wallahs’. Si was awarded the Green Trader award at Glastonbury in 2007 and has been nominated for several awards by ‘The Association of Independent Festivals’ including ‘Best Festival Venue’ and ‘Outstanding Services to Emerging Music’. Other jobs over the years have included Tour Manager, Bodyguard, Boyfriend and General Admin Bitch for Joss Stone.
Brett Leboff is the first person to write a book about Mental Health struggles In Music and how musicians are affected by the pressure. He published the book 'Staying Sane In The Music Game' after 20 years in the music business.
