LCCM and FAC announce the next QuaranStream Virtual A&R Panel
We may still be just be emerging from lockdown, but record label A&R and industry figures are still looking to discover new talents and new music! Hosted via Zoom, this is your chance to submit your music for live feedback from three leading A&R figures in the UK music industry. We will be joined by Benjamin Akpojaro (Reservoir), Mary McGovern (Concord Music Publishing) and Felix Cannety-Clarke (Sony/ATV Music Publishing).
The event is free to attend – even if you don’t submit music, you can pose some questions and get a great insight into how the A&R process works. You never know – you may even discover a new collaborator or musical partner amongst the attendees! It’s a great way to foster collaboration and get real, bonafide feedback during these strange times.
How does it work?
First, register for the event. Submit your music to careers@lccm.org.uk. Make sure you included a downloadable file link, the name you used to sign up, your artist name, and your contact email/details. You must send in your track by 12PM on Monday 24th August – and you won’t be considered unless you are signed up for the event – you must register! We will sort through all submissions and pick as many tracks for playback as we can. Those selected will be notified. If you’re not selected this time, don’t worry – we will try our best to roll you over to the next panel!
