Spencer is a songwriter, producer, artist, and academic with a strong background in both music education and the wider industry. Since earning his MA in Songwriting with distinction from ICMP in 2018, he has taught songwriting and music production at university level and worked professionally as an artist and producer, notably leading the indie project Pynch, whose music has gained over four million streams and international radio play.
He has collaborated with renowned producers such as Dan Carey and Jimmy Robertson, and previously lectured at ICMP and LMA. Spencer also led a youth music initiative in Margate, relaunching a record label to mentor young artists.
In July 2025, he joined LCCM as Programme Leader for Commercial Music, where he supports students in developing both artistic creativity and industry-ready skills.

From his early days playing Glastonbury in the ’90s to sharing stages with acts like The Levellers and Carleen Anderson, Pat’s musical journey has been diverse and dynamic.
A genre-spanning artist, he’s moved effortlessly from Punk and Grunge to Jazz and Soul, showcasing both creative and performance versatility. In the mid-’90s, his acclaimed bass sample CD gained recognition in top music magazines, and he later revived his grunge band, Laughing Boy, earning airplay on XFM.
Beyond performing, Pat has built a respected career in music education, teaching at LCCM and examining for Rockschool. His journey began as a Post Boy at Polydor in the ’80s, and in 2023, he was named UK Music’s Tutor of the Year, cementing his status as both an accomplished musician and inspiring mentor.

Olly is an engineer, producer, drummer, and signed artist since 2003 with Universal, Shangri-La, and Wixen Music.
Sync credits: GTA V, Guitar Hero, Batman Arkham City, Gossip Girl, Twilight, The Inbetweeners, 17 Again, and major brands like Dr. Martens, Burberry, and Adidas Y3.
Worked with: The Duke Spirit, UNKLE, CMAT, Thurston Moore, Josh T Pearson, Deep Throat Choir, Andy Burrows, Tim Wheeler, and more.
Collaborated with producers/engineers: Andrew Scheps, Flood, Alan Moulder, Chris Goss, David Wrench, Catherine Marks. Recorded at Abbey Road, Sunset Sound, Rancho De La Luna, RAK, Rockfield, and Village Recorders.
As a drummer, toured globally with The Duke Spirit, supporting REM, QOTSA, Bob Dylan, The Black Keys, Jane’s Addiction, and Incubus. Played Glastonbury, Coachella, Roskilde, Reading & Leeds, and more.
TV: Jools Holland, Letterman, Kimmel, Leno, Conan. Performed at Hollywood Bowl, O2, Royal Albert Hall, Wembley, Radio City Music Hall, Eden Stadium.

Steve is an accomplished educator, artist manager, songwriter, and guitarist with over 20 years of diverse experience in the music industry.
His career highlights include various US and European tours, performing at the 40th Anniversary of the Glastonbury Festival (then returning years later with music artists he was managing), and pioneering the first-ever popular music grade examinations in his homeland of Guernsey, Channel Islands.
Steve’s innovative approach to music education has empowered many of his students to launch successful careers within the industry. He has also had the privilege of teaching talents who have gone on to win prestigious awards and competitions.
At LCCM, Steve combines his rich industry experience with a passion for academic excellence, inspiring students to bridge creative entrepreneurship and artistry with professional achievement.
