The Level 3 90-credit Diploma in Music offers you the opportunity to develop your own skills and artistic identity as a musician. Whether you want to be a solo artist, form a band, work as a session musician or become a music industry executive, this Diploma course gives you everything you need to succeed.

Optional Units

Songwriting

You can choose to study songwriting to explore the art and craft of writing popular music either for yourself as a singe - songwriter or for other clients.

Improvisation

You can experience how to improvise music in a range of styles and popular genes

 

Assessment

This course offers you a range of assessment types including recitals, performances, written reports, presentations, reflective writing and the completion of various practical projects.

 

Progression

You can progress to a range of Level 4 programmes in Music Performance, Production or Music Business. You will also be able to progress into employment or self-employment.

you will explore the music business including the key roles, players and functions every music professional needs to understand.

Music Programming

Learn to produce your own music using Logic Pro.
