The deadline for UCAS applications is 6 pm on 29 January 2021. Therefore, if you’ve not yet applied to an LCCM degree course, we highly recommend that you submit your UCAS application soon.
We understand that applying for a degree can be stressful and wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity to secure your place at LCCM, or on a course of your choice. If you apply after 29 January, your application will only be considered after all the applications have been processed.
To make this process hassle-free and smooth for you, we’ve put together a quick step-by-step application guide for you.
1. Register on UCAS
Create your UCAS account via https://www.ucas.com/students and discover your options.
2. Choose your top 5
Research the subjects and institutions you want to study at and select your top 5.
All LCCM courses are listed on the UCAS website under the following UCAS course and campus codes that you'll need to use in your application.

3. Submit application
Once you’ve decided what and where you want to study, you will need to submit an application via UCAS. Your application must include the following:
- A list of all your academic achievements, including any pending qualifications
- A Personal Statement (maximum 4,000 characters)
A reference from either a teacher, tutor or employer
What happens next?
After you’ve applied at LCCM you will:
- Receive an invitation to book an interview/audition with the Programme Leader
- Attend a personal interview/audition
- If your interview/audition is successful you will receive either a ‘conditional offer’ (which will remain pending until we receive your exam results and certificates), or an ‘unconditional offer’ (meaning you’ve met the entry criteria for the course and don’t need to give us any additional information). All offers will be announced via UCAS Track online system.
