Patti Revell Jones is a singer widely experienced in jazz, blues, soul and r&b as an artist and backing vocalist, performing all over the world with artists such as Meat Loaf, Sir Van Morrison, Matt Bianco, The Brand New Heavies plus many more. She has worked alongside Whitney Houston, Sir Elton John, Sister Sledge, Belinda Carlisle, Jools Holland, Tony Hadley, Lulu, Hamish Stuart, Edwin Starr, Kid Creole plus many jazz artists including Scott Hamilton,The Ronnie Scott’s Big Band, The Echoes of Ellington Big Band & John Dankworth. Known in her own right as a solo recording artist, Patti has had hit singles in the Dance Music Charts (recording for Klone Records, Passion Records, Almighty Records, Power World Records) Patti has co-written dance tracks for Almighty Records. Patti is regularly used as a session singer for various albums and film soundtracks including ‘Tomb Raider’ ‘The Snow Queen’ and ‘The Ugly Duckling’ (for which she also provided the voice over for a character) and has sung at many film premieres, West End opening nights, celebrity weddings and Elton John’s 60th birthday party. Patti is also a trained actor who has appeared in many TV commercials, films, TV Series and theatre productions (including ‘Nine’ and The Buddy Holly Story’). Patti has provided vocals for the Rock School Piano and Guitar Syllabus. Patti represented the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2000 singing backing vocals for Nicki French and co-wrote and sang a track for the Eurovision Connects CD. She also sang a track on the Power Divas CD alongside The Three Degrees, Angie Brown, Sonia, Evelyn Thomas etc. Patti has trained with various singing teachers who prepared her for a wide ranging career. Patti coaches all styles of popular music including soul, blues, R&B, Funk, Pop, Rock, Country and Musical Theatre. She has trained singers for TV Auditions (The Voice/X Factor), Music College auditions, West End Theatre and has coached artists working on original music.
